I have installed VS 2022 and the first time I go to use the Nuget window (Nuget packages manager) it's not there! Has it moved? Or should I reinstall VS 2022 ?

It's VS version 17.6.4

I did try a Windows layout reset, just in case, but I knew that wouldn't work.
