I'm trying to sort conditional formatting so that dates that occur BEFORE the date in cell D2/3/4 are coloured green, and dates that occur AFTER the date in cell D2/3/4 are coloured red.

I've checked that the columns are formatted as UK dates, but it still keeps colouring the after date as green as well :( any suggestions? I've spent ages trying to figure it out. attached is a screenshot of the data
