I can create custom views and forms for the AAD User table, but as I cannot add the table to a solution, it seems that I cannot include those customised components in the solution either.

What does this mean from an ALM perspective when moving the solution to higher environments? Does it mean that the views and forms need to be created manually in each higher environment? And then create an unmanaged layer on the other entities/forms that use these views and forms?

It is for a model driven app.

Is there a recommended approach for handling this?
