we have an old third party app, that as best as I can tell is based on Oracle Forms 6i (based on folder path \oracle\dev6i\...), with the GUI text/fonts being in Greek. The app has been working fine until now as long as we change the W11 NON-UNICODE setting to Greek.

After the release of W11 25H2, we noticed that SOME of the text no longer appear in Greek but are gargled. After some research we discovered it affects only those users that have a fresh install of 25H2, while those who were upgraded from W10 or earlier versions of W11 don't have an issue.

Comparing registry settings between W10 and W11 25H2 we can see that some font substitutions were missing. We copied the fonts and the registry entries related to fonts and font substitutions and rebooted the PC. The result was some improvement but still the issue persists. Dialogs for example still show garbled.

Is there anything else we could try?
