I am currently dealing with identity theft including account and device takeover as well as device control (MDM). In one month, I have been through 4 new phones, both IOS and android as current as an iPhone17 model. I know the guy who is doing it, and im unable to remove him from accounts due to impersonation, nor delete anything installed. I have tried every tech support and have been unsuccessful. I would truly appreciate any advice, or possibly someone/a company to hire...I'd be greatful in pointing me in any beneficial direction in this matter as I am not a tech person.
