Why Temporary IPv6 Address,Link-local IPv6 Address on my internet connection , is it like i am bound to a particular network with handful of devices?

Good Day !

I used the Ipconfig to check my ip configuration and there I found below entries which caught attention for while , the Temporary IPV6 Address , Link-local IPv6 Address.

is it like I am bound to a particular network with handful of devices ? and disconnected from the global internet ?

Any thought on this ?

Temporary IPv6 Address. . . . . . : 0000:000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000
   Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : 0000::0000:0000:0000:000000
