I am building a website with custom scroll, but when I test it on my local Network, the scrolling feels sticky.

The page should scroll smoothly up and down following the user's scroll wheel or trackpad without any lagging or forced snapping.

When I run this website on my phone the scroller feels sticky for 1-2 scrolls but then it goes smoothly and if I stay on a page it again feels sticky.
