This is Windows 10 (up to date) and VMware Workstation 26H1.

Guest was Linux Mint (last one, up to date).

I am getting this error while copying big files or many files. It happens in some moments and few times a row.

This was external disk which wasn't disconnected. It got hot but still was working.

Retry does not help, the same next window appear immediately. Continue does make further progress.

Why am I getting this error and how to get rid of it?
