How do I select a CSS element that has no attributes?

I have an HTML page where I want to select a div that has no attributes. For example, the first element in the following:

1
2
4
5

I know that I could select it with a :not() block containing every attribute from the other elements:

section > div:not([class], [id], [data-test-id], [aria-label])

But this seems a bit cumbersome and unintuitive. Is there some sort of pseudo-class I can use to select an element with no attributes?
