I'm using VS Code with the Code Runner extension to run C files, and every time I run my code, the terminal shows the full file path before the output, like this:

I just want to hide/remove that path so the terminal only shows the program's output, without the cd command or the full path being printed.

I'm on macOS using zsh. I've tried changing settings like code-runner.executorMap and code-runner.fileDirectoryAsCwd, but the path is still showing up.

Is there a way to stop VS Code/the terminal from displaying the full path when running code?
