YouTube Data API quota extension review stalled for 8 weeks — what is the escalation path?

What is the correct escalation path when a YouTube Data API audit and quota extension review has stalled with no communication from the reviewing team for an extended period?

Timeline of my case:

- Initial audit and quota extension request submitted via the standard form at support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form approximately two months ago.

- A reviewer email was received approximately five weeks ago requesting an updated demo video.

- The updated demo video was submitted on the existing email thread within the requested window.

- An acknowledgement email was received confirming receipt of the new video.

- A polite follow-up was sent on the existing thread approximately four weeks after the acknowledgement — no response.

- A second polite follow-up was sent on the existing thread approximately ten business days ago — no response.

Channels I have already tried:

- The YouTube API Services support form (support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form) only offers options to begin a new audit, which would create a duplicate case and risk losing the existing review context.

- Google Cloud Console support intake does not list YouTube Data API as a covered product.

- The Appeals Form does not apply — the project has not been denied, the review has just stalled.

Per Google's own documentation, this tag is monitored by engineers from the team. Could anyone confirm whether there is an established escalation path for stalled in-progress audits, or whether continued patience on the existing thread is the only option?

I am not requesting a re-audit or new case. I am asking for guidance on how to surface a dormant review back to active status.

Project number and case details can be shared privately if a reviewer is able to investigate.

Thanks.
