I want to know what each role as a developer does every day. Are junior/mid/senior handling and creating tickets and PRs to merge to the codebase, and implementing specs from Principal Lead Architects. The mid developers mentor juniors and seniors mentor junior and mid developers. And junior/mid developers write the code inside the endpoints. Seniors design and build the individual features. And do the Principal Lead Architects handle the entire system architecture so that junior/mid/senior developers can implement these specs. Is this how web developers work in a company? So for example, a Principal Lead Architect would hand them a requirement: "Build a feature that automatically parses a tax document and flags discrepancies." And the Senior developer must now design the internal mechanics of that specific feature. Is this how a web developers and teams work in a company?
