We are maintaining a very old system written in Delphi 2010 using TeeChart Pro 2015 for Win32 v14.

I am trying to install a Delphi dev environment on a new PC, using above mentioned TeeChart version. Our IT Admin has blocked the installation because the install file is unsigned .i.e. the Publisher is Unknown.

Are there any signed install files available for our version, and where would I find them?
