I have a custom application that use DeviceIoControl with IOCTL_DISK_SET_ATTRIBUTES to set the READONLY attribute on a physical disk.

However, if I use DISKPART command to clear the attributes, it succeeds.

So I'm wandering if both methods work in the same way？
