I am trying to install TortoiseGIT 2.18.0 no my PC and installation goes as expected until I see the dialog "The setup was unable to automatically close all requested applications. ...". After I click OK the next dialog appeared "The following application are using files, that needed to be updated ..." and the application is - Windows Explorer. After I choose "Close the application and attempt to restart them" my desktop goes to black (Explorer stop working) but never goes Up again. The installation freeze in this point. Just Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then logout / login helps.
