Can not custom background color of video::cue on macOS

My websiite using hls.js player to play the stream with multi text tracks (HLS). I want to remove the default black ground of text tracks, make it transparent. It works on windows. But not on macOS (Safari, Chrome, Edge). I have tried setting background-color to transparent or rgba(0,0,0,0) but it not helps.
