upgraded my Google AI Studio project to Paid Tier 1 today, but my daily rate limit (RPD) for the Gemini API is still stuck and not resetting. I cannot send any requests, even after waiting over 24 hours. The issue seems to be a synchronization failure after exceeding the free tier limit.

1. I confirmed that my project is on Paid Tier 1 (screenshot of the billing status).

2. The Rate Limit dashboard shows "Unlimited" RPD for models like Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, but the requests still fail (429 Too Many Requests).

3. I tried creating a new API key.

4. I tried switching between Gemini 2.5 Pro and Flash.

5. I waited over 24 hours since the issue started.
