I am facing as issue for Windows Boot Manager.

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or Software change might be the cause.

Info: The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.

I created a bootable USB drive with Windows 11 and tried to repair Boot files. From Repair your computer -> Troubleshoot -> Command Prompt. When I tried to fix with bootrec /fixmbr it says "The media is write protected"

Then I checked disk attributes using attributes disk it shows. "Current Read-only State : Yes"

Then I tried to change it using attributes disk clear readonly it shows: "DiskPart failed to clear disk attributes".

How can I fix this and recover my data?
