I developed an independent watchOS App and archive it in Xcode. But I can't click the "Validate App"

and when I choose "Distribute App", there is no option for uploading my app to app store connect.

I tried to use Transporter and altool to upload my app, but neither of them worked.

I wonder how I can upload an independent watchOS app?
