I’m currently working on a project under our organization’s developer account a ems report documentation tool designed.
The app helps responders speak their reports instead of typing, it captures voice input during or after an incident, automatically transcribes and formats it into a structured EMS case report. The report can then be reviewed, copied, or securely shared with the agency’s system.
It’s not a diagnostic or medical guidance app. it’s strictly a documentation and workflow support tool aimed at improving report accuracy and speed for first responders.
I initially launched one version of the app under the organization account, but after several review cycles and policy clarifications, it was suspended due to misalignment with Google’s Health Apps Declaration form. I’ve since built a new, compliant version, though it recently faced another rejection because of unclear health-category selection.
