I am trying to use cngtool.exe EncryptAuthToken in order to create the hash of the password for the account used to establish the communication between a CA server and Utimaco HSM but i am getting this error:

Config file was not set.

EncryptAuthtoken failed.

I mention that i have the config file and the security server tool form utimaco installed.

Do you know how can i fix this ?
