We are a verified Meta WhatsApp Tech Provider building a WhatsApp API and coexistence platform for businesses.
We are trying to access/apply for the Meta Tech Provider onboarding flow. Based on the eligibility requirements, we believe we already meet the criteria:
More than 2,500 messages (7-day average)
More than 10 active clients
Around 90% quality rating
Active WhatsApp API usage
Verified business/account status
However, the Tech Provider onboarding option is still not appearing in our Meta Business/Developer account.
We would like to understand:
How can we verify whether our account is fully eligible?
Is there any hidden requirement apart from message volume, client count, and quality rating?
Does Meta manually enable the onboarding flow for eligible providers?
Is there any dashboard, API endpoint, or Business Manager section to check eligibility status?
What is the correct way to contact Meta support regarding WhatsApp Tech Provider onboarding issues?
We already checked:
Business verification
WhatsApp Manager
App review status
Embedded signup configuration
Business portfolio permissions
But we still cannot find the onboarding option anywhere.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how Meta handles Tech Provider onboarding eligibility and activation?
