Has any web developer here tried to use UX case studies and User Research & Personas to find "real frustration" for a Problem Statement that has been found from users pain points from other web applications thy have used "SaaS Product X has very poor performance". And if so, do some web developers do this? And if they are try to find "real frustration" for a web application like a SaaS Product (CRM), for example, and then they find no pain points from User Research and Personas either on Reddit or other platforms or from user interviews, then would it be okay to just move on to another SaaS Product (WMS, OMS, etc...) or other web applications using UX case studies and User Research & Personas until "real frustration" and pain points has been found for a web application and can start developing the web application?
