I am attempting to use COUNTIFS to count the number of times that C4 ("Elements") is shown with the name "Daffodil" is contained in the dataset from "Data". The part that is throwing me off, I believe is that "Daffodil" in the data tab has other parts of text with it. I tried the astrict way, but I'm not sure if it is helping.

What am I doing wrong?
