I have a difficult time choosing between two things. I really love programming in C++ for no specific reason, but I also want to get into game development. On the other hand, I have been using Godot, where I built a few basic projects. I like the UI, and it feels smooth to work with.
The question is: should I look for something in C++ (for example, learning SDL), or should I stick with Godot? I tried using C++ with godot before, but it wasn’t going very well. Another option is using C# with Godot, but I haven’t tried that yet.
