I'm trying to create a Meta for Developers account but I'm stuck on the Verify Account step. Here's my situation:

Problem**:**

• Entering my Indian mobile number (+91) gives: "Sorry, a temporary error has occurred. Please try again in a little while."

• After clicking "Send Verification SMS", instead of receiving an OTP, I get a blank white page

• The "Register" step was auto-completed since I already have a Facebook account

What I've already tried:

• Different browsers (Chrome, incognito mode)

• Clearing cookies and cache

• Closing all other Facebook/Meta tabs

• Waiting and retrying after a few hours

Environment:

• Country: India (+91)

• Browser: Chrome (latest)

• OS: macOS

Question: Is this a known issue with Indian numbers? Is there any workaround other than credit card verification?
