How do i report a scam where im receiving AZURE alert emails trying to get me to call and pay 500 for ms defender?

I am getting loads of spam email about a bunch of azure alerts with the below

This is not my account, not my subscription and not my resource groups. How do i report them to microsoft? i have spent 3 hours trying to log a ticket but every path leads to pay for support.
