I am the founder of ClicPratic (clicpratic.fr), a French SaaS platform dedicated to independent healthcare practitioners (osteopaths, physiotherapists, naturopaths, etc.).
Our platform helps practitioners manage their practice: scheduling, billing, BNC accounting, and Google visibility (review collection, AI-generated responses).
We have been trying to access the Google Business Profile API for several months to allow our clients to manage their Google reviews directly from our platform. However, we keep running into eligibility issues:
Our company (ClicPratic SAS) is a 100% online SaaS — no physical storefront, so our GBP listing was rejected twice
Using the verified listing of one of our clients (an osteopath with 356 Google reviews, verified since 2023) was also rejected
Our use case is clear: we are a software provider (ISV) that needs to access the GBP API on behalf of our end-users (the practitioners), so they can read and respond to their own Google reviews from within our platform.
This seems to be a legitimate ISV use case. Could you please advise:
Is there a specific access path for SaaS / ISV companies that manage GBP listings on behalf of multiple end-users?
What exact prerequisites apply to a software company with no physical location?
Is there an alternative program (e.g. Google Partner program) that would be more appropriate for our situation?
