Hi my previous account that i created on 2022 that time google did not require for any document identity verification i did pay the 25$ registration fee with my card that card holder name was my name for play console payment profile i also used my name just i also open a admob account on that admob i do verification with my old passport then i start earning per month 1000+$ i get 8 times payment from admob in 2024 January4th my console account terminated due to multiple violation for console terminated my admob also got terminated due to invalid traffic because my app are not on play store anymore

Now i want to do a fresh start with a uk company organisation play console account uk are different from my country so i get a new country or address i am also live in another country its different from where was my previous console account registered i am planing to use new device new gmail new network in mew country even a new company with organisation account but can i use my new passport its different from my old passport that i used on admob not on console

Because i never used my identity documents on console now can i use my passport for verification..?
