I've been trying for hours to setup hiclaw using free APIs from openrouter and nvidia, the part it fails everytime is when it shows the following error. If you have any ideas then please help.

So far i've tried: Changing DNS, reinstalling docker, VPNs (Singapore and China itself), manually grabbing the file from higress-registry.
Not sure if its regional issue because VPN didn't work, so is it just the server itself? I am kind of new to this.

If nothing, then i would like some alternative suggestions as well. Hiclaw works with OpenClaw and it allows for the matrix view of multiple AI agents so that i can interfere anytime. Never got to use it tho.
