They’ve treated me pretty well over the years. Of course, I got the best treatment back when I was in the upper tiers of their loyalty program. I had the “personal line”, where I would never have to wait on hold. Any issues were resolved quickly. On multiple occasions, they’ve bent the rules in my favor.
