I was given this script and need to edit it to work on one of my many .csv files. I am not proficient in r and can not figure out how to read in the date in this format and then group by year as mentioned in the code. The previous data files that this script worked on were formatted very differently. I have attached a screen capture of the code as well as one of my .csv data files. If anything else looks incorrect please let me know. This is for my work so I would greatly appreciate any help.
