I’m trying to publish a home healthcare app on Google Play, but it keeps getting rejected with the following message:

“Your app is not compliant with the Play Console Requirements policy.
Some types of apps can only be distributed by organizations.”

The confusing part is that my developer account is already an Organization account.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

• Converted my developer account from Individual to Organization

• Organization verification completed (D-U-N-S added and verified)

• Organization name, address, website, and phone number are all verified

• App category and Health features are declared

• App content sections (Health declaration, Data Safety, Target audience) are completed

• Store listing text updated to remove restricted medical claims

Despite all this, the app is still rejected with the same message.

My app:

• Category: Health / Home Healthcare

• Features: Healthcare services management, physiotherapy support

• Published by a registered healthcare company (LLC)

Has anyone faced this issue after upgrading from an individual to an organization account?

Is this a known Play Console caching / metadata issue, or is there a specific health feature or category that still forces Google to treat the app as non-compliant?

Any insights or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
