QuickBooks (Intuit) Payment API Gateway for WooCommerce
19:35 06 Feb 2026

I’m currently designing a WordPress website for a company based in Saskatchewan, Canada.

I’ve successfully connected WooCommerce to QuickBooks using this official plugin:

“WooCommerce Connector by Intuit”

The next requirement is to make sure that customer purchases are recorded in QuickBooks immediately after payment is completed, regardless of the payment method (credit card, Mastercard, etc.).

For example, this plugin handles that flow:

“QuickBooks (Intuit) Payment API Gateway for WooCommerce”

However, this solution is not free, and I’m currently looking for a free or more cost-effective approach.

My questions are:

1. Is there any free solution to automatically register WooCommerce orders in QuickBooks right after successful payment?

2. What approach do most WooCommerce stores use in practice when they want their transactions to flow through QuickBooks? Do they rely on paid gateways, automation tools, or a different architecture altogether?

I’d really appreciate insights from anyone who has implemented this before or has experience with WooCommerce + QuickBooks integrations.
