Microsoft 365 developer sandbox with the admin 2fa

I'm having issues with signing into my E5 Sandbox with my Administrator account. I have attempted to reset my password with no different results. The Authenticator account it says was tied to this was never set up. MFA seems to be preventing me from accessing my Global Administrator account in my developer tenant. How can I reset my 2fa or the whole developer sandbox? It is auto-renewed thru my Visual Studio subscription(I believe this is when this issue started).
