Does an EC2 instance automatically run my Dockerfile if I copy it onto the server, or do I need to reboot it first?
If I scp my Dockerfile into an EC2 instance, does it automatically become a container, or do I need to reboot the instance first? Also, is there a preferred AZ for this, or will us-east-2b do? I need answers please for me and my team.
