In my OneTrust workflow, I have a POST call followed by an email block that just sends the response code. When the POST call succeeds, the email is sent. But when the POST call fails, no email is sent, even though I selected 'Continue on non‑2xx Status' in the POST settings. To test the failure case, I purposely changed the request URL to make it fail.
