im using AI aplications in google cloud and i'm trying to tune my model. It asks for a jsnl corpus file, a jsnl query file and a tag TSV file. When i do the tuning i get this error message:

"Unique positive queries must have at least 9 unique queries. Found 0 instead. Invalid corpus id count: 70. Invalid query id count: 70."

here is how my files are structured:

My question is why am i getting that error, and how to fix the tuning of the model correctly. I'm using the format of the files that they ask for in the tuning screen. using this as guide:
