I’m working on a lawn care service website, and I created a simple PHP contact form where users submit their name, phone, and service request.
The form loads correctly, but the email is not being sent to my inbox.

Here is the PHP code I’m using:

What’s happening:

• No PHP error

• Form loads fine

• But email never arrives in inbox/spam

• Using shared hosting

• SMTP is not configured

I want to understand:

1. Is the native PHP mail() function blocked on shared hosting?

2. Should I switch to SMTP (PHPMailer) for reliable delivery?

3. Is my header format correct?

4. Any recommended way to debug the mail sending issue?
