I am currently evaluating TMS Web Core 2.9, and I am seriously considering purchasing it.
Im usi templates and one of the most important features for me is the ability to:

• create my own custom components, inherited from standard TMS Web Core components;

• install them in the IDE;

• and use them inside the Web Designer that runs inside the Delphi IDE (the “Web with Designer” mode).

I am experimenting with this scenario, but I encountered a problem:
my custom component only appears in the IDE component palette when the Web Designer is disabled.
As soon as I enable the internal IDE Web Designer (Web with Designer), the component disappears from the palette.

I believe this may require a specific Web Designer–compatible design-time package or a .twcl configuration file, but so far I have not been able to make it work.

What I tried

• Creating a runtime package for the component

• Creating a design-time package that registers the component

• Creating a Web-Designer-compatible package, based on TMSFNCChartWEB.dproj as a reference
  (but I am not using FNC components — only native Web Core components)

• Rebuilding the Web Designer inside the IDE

• Installing the design-time package normally

Despite these attempts, the component still does not appear in the palette when the IDE is running in Web with Designer mode.

What I need

1. A minimal working example of how to create a Web Designer–compatible design-time package for custom Web Core components.

2. Documentation or guidelines on how to correctly create or use a .twcl file.

3. Clarification on whether I need a stub or wrapper unit specifically for Web Designer support.

4. The required .dproj settings for a Web Designer–compatible design package.

5. I would like my component palette to be available in both situations:

   • when Web Designer mode is ON, and

   • when Web Designer mode is OFF.
