I installed .NET 10 SDK for macOS from the official .NET website. After installing, check it with dotnet --version. This display the version 9.

If I try to install again the official download, the system reinstalls it but nothing changes. If I use the script I found on the Microsoft documentation

chdir ~/Downloads
brew install wget
wget https://dot.net/v1/dotnet-install.sh
chmod +x dotnet-install.sh
./dotnet-install.sh

I get the message

dotnet-install: .NET Core SDK with version '10.0.101' is already installed.

If I do a dotnet --version it is still the version 9.x.x If I open a NET10 MAUI project, I get the error

error NETSDK1139: The target platform identifier android was not recognized. [/Users/enrico/Projects/NET10MauiDeepLink/MauiDeepLink/MauiDeepLink.csproj::TargetFramework=net10.0-android]

How can I fix it?
