I've used Google Site to build my website. I know it is quick but dirty, so probably the answer to my question is just "you know It's dirty".

If I write a long caption for a picture, the user can see only the first part, like if it can't write 2 lines of text. Is there a way to show all the text? If there is not, Is there a way to allow the user to read it all, somehow, maybe by tapping on it...

When I use my wide screen there is no problem, when I make the window small or I access the site by mobile, the issue comes.
