I to try send request to localhost represented by %5B%3A%3A1%5D on windows 10 use apache hc client5 with java. But InetAddress getAddressByName could not resolve %5B%3A%3A1%5D to localhost. I try to edit etc/hosts and add line: %5B%3A%3A1%5D localhost but it does not help. Please, help me. Sorry for grammar errors - English is not my first language.
