From my smart electricity meter, I get a hex string. I tried to deparse it, but am a bit stuck as I am very new to interpreting this parsing.

As far as I understand the 76 blocks at the beginning are some header things.

Then, the 77 07 01s are relevant for the actual values.

Somewhere in there should be 01 08 xx and 02 08 xx blocks for the actual values. I would expect many of them, but only find 01 08 53 and 01 08 52 which are weird according the OBIS protocol?

Can someone help me decode a bit and get my meter value(s)?
