I am an Senior Exec at a famous MAANG company. Currently have a PC that suddenly has no sound.

Tried everything including reinstalling every driver manually. Still no luck. Is there any way, when I am in India or the South East for that matter can have someone remotely check connecting through TeamViewer. Seems like posting on Microsoft Community just suggests to go to local "service center", as they say it.
