I've recently used the Katalon recorder for automating the online order system. Then, I noticed that the browser pop-up when adding to the cart was not caught while I was recording the test case for the Katalon recorder.

Does anyone here have an idea what the best things are to do? I knew that these pop-up messages were not caught by any recording tool like Selenium IDE. By the way, I was advised by my supervisor to look for a tool in automation that has an easy implementation.
