I have no idea what I have done to cause this but when running C:\>Python, I get an error:

The code execution cannot proceed because python38.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I've tried repairing the install and running a full scan for any viruses and it's all going normal, but then I still get this error.
